Virginia Rae

Virginia Rae began her role as a Consultant for the Miles LeHane Companies in 2008, specializing in outplacement consulting.  Currently she is pursuing her Doctor of Education degree at Shenandoah University, Winchester, Va. in Organizational Leadership, as well as being an adjunct faculty member at Lord Fairfax Community College where she teaches both Business and Psychology. Virginia received her Masters of Business Administration in 2003, and was then recruited to attend Branch, Banking and Trust’s (BB&T) Management Development Program in Winston-Salem, N.C. Upon completion, she returned to Winchester, VA to begin her banking career as a Commercial Lender before leaving to pursue her Doctorate and consulting work.
