Program Description:
This 20-minute online training module raises the awareness of the kinds and frequency of violence in the workplace. It explains the categories of violence, the costs to business, causes, the profile of a potentially violent worker, and methods to stop violence. At the conclusion of the module, there is a test that checks the individual’s understanding of the material. The results of the test are emailed to the designated company administrator.
