ANNOUNCING: Focus on the Future: The Miles LeHane Companies, Inc. All organizations need to focus on being viable in this second decade of the millennium. At Miles LeHane Companies, we are always reviewing our service offerings to remain current, but also our organization structure to maintain our effectiveness as a high quality Human Resources service provider. With this as a foundation to our strategic planning, Melanie and I have made some significant decisions in defining “Next” for Miles LeHane. We are pleased to announce the following two significant additions to our team. Scott Miles became a Principal effective May 1, 2010. He will serve as President of Operations along with expanded roles in running the day-to-day business of the Companies. He will focus on expanding our service offerings to serve your changing business Human Resource support needs. Upon completion of his MBA this Fall he will also assume areas of financial management of the company. Scott and his wife, Erin, will be moving to Leesburg in the near future. Bob Steere joined our organization effective May 10, 2010. He will serve as Vice President of Business Development and in that capacity focus on new client organization development and represent the Companies from a marketing perspective. Bob has become well known in the area during the last 7 years. He adds a wealth of consulting and business development experience to Miles LeHane. Bob brings with him the same appreciation for valuing people and quality service orientation that have been a part of our firm from its origins. Melanie and David will continue in their respective roles over the coming years. With more than 30 years of quality career management consulting services (including LeHane Consulting) our goal is to fulfill our desire to have a “next generation” for the firm beyond just the two of us. These strategic moves allow for the Company to be viable and effective in a changing global economy. We look forward to answering any questions you may have about our new strategic direction. You now will have four key individuals to serve your needs, each with a different perspective and area of expertise. Thank you for your past support and we look forward to serving your needs today and in the future. |
