Event Planning
The Miles LeHane Group Executive Career Transition Programs commence with the planning stage of your senior-level staff reorganization. 
Step 2:
Transition Support
The Miles LeHane consultant will be on premises at the time of termination to initiate transition support process immediately. 
Step 3:
The Glenfiddich Experience
Unique to Miles LeHane, among all other outplacement firms, is the Glenfiddich Experience. The Glenfiddich Experience provides intense, personalized support in the tranquil privacy of Glenfiddich, an 1840's antebellum mansion.
Step 4:
Maintenance
The Miles LeHane Group remains available to the program participant and to the client organization until the attainment of new employment.

  • Enhanced financial planning, provided by a certified planner;

  • Personal fax and telephone answering machine for the executive's use at a home-based office;
