Fabbioli Cellars is a small, family owned and operated vineyard and winery, focusing on growing and making high quality red wines using traditional methods and 21st century knowledge. Doug Fabbioli, founder and owner of the vineyard, has been in the wine industry since his college days at Syracuse University. From his experiences at vineyards in the Sonoma Valley in northern California to right here in Virginia wine country, Doug has not only acquired a passion for  great wine, but also for rural business strategies and development. His discussion will focus not only on how the rural economy of Loudoun has grown and changed, but also on how the eastern, suburban part of the county is responding to these changes and how Loudoun is leading the way for other regions with similar challenges.  For more information on the vineyard, visit www.fabbioliwines.com  .

Subject: The Journey: The Four Pillars of Employable Talent: Recruiting for Success

Resilience – Balance – Strategic Career Planning – Financial Planning

The Journey – Maybe you have thought about going down this path, but have been reluctant because of the many unknowns. We will have a round table discussion as I share my experiences and trust that you will share some of yours on any writing projects that you have undertaken.

In addition to our discussions, you will receive an “early version” of the manuscript for you to take with you.  My only request is that you pass any comments back to me by the end of June so that we can finalize the book for the initial printing. Please RSVP as we will need to limit attendance to the first 20 people to insure adequate conversations.

Look forward to seeing you on the 16th.
