In working with many diverse companies over the years, we have learned to begin projects with a collaborative approach. We listen to our clients to understand what the vision is for a project. This allows us both to have input and to agree on a successful outcome -- before starting a project. 

The next step involves determining organizational needs, by focusing on critical behaviors that drive results. This differentiates us from other approaches that focus on needs analysis without connecting them to business results. We have learned that by reaching out and listening to people directly involved with a process, and including their feedback into the scope of a project, only then can we link that to results. Then we develop a strategy that includes all the information that has been gathered. We then collaborate and create goals that support the successful results and vision of the project. 

Once a timeline is agreed upon, we proceed with our collaborative approach. Continuous monitoring on our part allows for prompt corrective action where necessary to meet the agreed-upon outcome and ensure successful results. This approach facilitates efficient, effective and economical execution of an assignment with strong accountability to deadlines.
