Dixie
Sanner
Dixie’s
affiliation with Miles LeHane began in 2002 providing outplacement
training and coaching services on a part-time basis. Early in her
career, Dixie decided to make a job change after spending seven
years with U.S. Steel. To help her in this transition, she sought
training through a professional program and has employed what she
learned throughout her 30+ years in corporate America.
Dixie’s
intuitive ability to listen to clients helps her draw out their
true career desires and get them on a successful path. Her strong
communication skills enable her to help clients understand the value
in outplacement methods and techniques giving them an optimistic
expectation for their future and motivating them to succeed in their
job search. She is highly organized and able to help clients stay
focused on their search, keep track of contacts and follow-up and
manage their time wisely.
In 1999 Dixie
started her own business, Sanner Organizing Solutions. As a professional
speaker, seminar leader, organizer and coach, she helps all levels
of people in small business and large corporations organize their
lives at work. Dixie effectively shows both senior managers and
support staff how to better manage their time, loose paper, hard
files, computer and e-mail files resulting in improved productivity
and document security as well as less stress.
Dixie also provides
keynote and breakout presentations for conferences, off-site retreats
and various professional, civic and social groups.
