Cynthia A. Philbrick
As Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness Services
at New Options Group, Inc., Cynthia is accountable for
client retention and the development of new clients in
the practice area of Organizational Effectiveness. Her
role as a strategist is to work with senior level managers
in assessing their needs and to assist in creating business
solutions.
Cindi has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing, insurance,
service and consulting services in major cities across
the U.S. During her career, her contributions have focused
on employee retention, executive coaching, the design of
competency-based, learning-process frameworks for sales
professionals and executives, assessment of management
skills, succession planning, as well as the design and
implementation of organizational and individual development
plans and the design and delivery of mentoring programs.
Cindi has a BA in Psychology from Lake Forest College, and
MBA in Human Resources from the University of Connecticut
and an Advanced Certification in Human Resources Management
from UCLA. In addition to her advanced education, she is
an Associate Professor at Johns Hopkins University and
has completed coursework in sales, management, team building,
strategic planning and problem solving skills. Cindi was
raised in Northern Virginia and has lived and worked in
the metropolitan areas of Chicago, New York and LA.
