Jean O’Brien, PHR

Jean O’Brien brings over 20 years of diversity senior level executive Human Resources Professional expertise as well as an independent consultant working within corporate and government environments and established career consulting organizations.  She is able to quickly and thoroughly gain an expertise of organizational needs, goals and expectations integrating new behaviors to best utilize individual potential. Jean is a persuasive communicator, self-directed and independent; an enthusiastic speaker providing lively interactive one-on-one or group presentations with a genuine commitment to high quality service. Jean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Development from Pennsylvania State University. Her professional certifications include, Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Executive Business Etiquette, and Professional in Human Resources from American University.  Jean is also trained in applying the DISC Style instrument in teambuilding, coaching and professional development.
