The Miles LeHane Companies - OI Partners, formerly LeHane Consulting, was founded in 1978, and renamed in 1992. We are headquartered in the tranquility of The Glenfiddich House, a fully restored Civil War-era mansion in historic Leesburg, Virginia. Our clients range from Fortune 500 companies through small and rapidly growing high tech firms, and include associations and other non-profit organizations.

Beginning in 2006, Miles LeHane became an OI Partner. From outplacement services to executive coaching to leadership development, OI Partners provides a wide range of customized services from our 180 locally owned offices in 27 countries. On a referral basis, Miles LeHane can place a candidate with an OI Partner across the globe, as well as receiving referrals to provide services to OI Partners’ candidates in our region of operation.
