Strong Interest Inventory® and Skills Confidence Inventory (SCI)

In the wake of today’s rapid-change job market, the Strong Interest Inventory® instrument provides a solid, dependable career planning tool that measures clients’ interests in a broad range of occupations, work activities, leisure activities, and school subjects.

Program Description:
  • Strong Interest Inventory® — (included with the Skills Confidence Inventory), a 377-item on-line assessment, shows a person’s interests in the working world, and also how these interests are similar to persons working in similar careers. (Requires approximately 40 minutes to complete.)
  • The Strong/SCI identifies learning environments, risk taking, and leadership styles that will be most comfortable for a person.
  • It helps assess how good a fit various roles and fields may be for an individual.

The Value Added:
  • The Strong becomes even more powerful when the results are combined with one’s 4-letter Myers-Briggs type. (See information sheet for Strong and MBTI Combination report.)

Our Offering:
The Strong Interest Inventory® is taken online via the Miles LeHane website. Customized reports (22 pages) are prepared for each individual. Feedback can be given by your staff or ours.
