First and foremost, we have
created a new organization
called Cornerstone HR Consulting
LLC. Our president for the
company is BJ Johnston. BJ
joins the family with a great
background in multi-disciplined
service experiences in the
military, training and development
and business development. Most
importantly, he shares our
values in service excellence.
The Miles LeHane Group, a Spherion
Global Partner, will continue
building on its legacy of Career
Management and Outplacement
Services. As the marketplace
continues to evolve, we will
focus on program offerings
to meet all your needs. We
continue to strive to deliver
quality programs at all pricing
levels to fit your requirements.
Cornerstone will
offer two distinct areas of
operations. The first is “Coaching
Services.” All coaching has
been moved under Cornerstone. This
is in specific response to input
that coaching participants associate
Miles LeHane with Outplacement.
We look at Cornerstone as a way
to
avoid this stigma. The second service
area will be “Products and
Services.” This area will
range from a variety of free standing
programs to full HR consulting.
We have even separated the services
into two locations at our headquarters
in Leesburg to better serve our
participants. The Glenfiddich House
is always available for Career Management/
Outplacement. Our newest facility,
The Stables, located on the same
property offers a new conference/
meeting space that can handle up
to 12 participants, along with new
executive offices. All can be easily
reached at our main number of 703-777-3370,
which is connected to all offices.

FORUM FOR WOMEN
FALL MEETING – 2005

The Fall 2005 Glenfiddich Forum for Women, we will have
the pleasure of meeting and learning from Beth Hunt,
Editor of Washington Business Journal. Beth will share
her unique perspective from “Where I sit: One
woman’s view from atop the newsroom.” And
she has promised that in addition to sharing her own
experiences in journalism, she will give a healthy
dose of tips on how to work with a newsroom to get
your story told.
Beth has been editor of the Washington Business Journal
for six years, during which time the newspaper has
grown into one of the biggest and most successful business
journals in the country. Since her arrival, the paper
has won more than 100 regional and national awards
for reporting, editing and graphic design, including
twice being named “Best in Business” by
the Society of Business Editors and Writers.
We hope you will join us as Beth brings her special
style of communication to our Forum.

HR Consulting, LLC banner. We chose “Cornerstone” as
the key element in our company name because it represents
something very fundamental in the way we consult with
