Step I Form M – Profile Report

Program Description:
The MBTI® is a 20 minute, 93-question, on-line, computer-scored assessment and feedback guide. Individuals receive feedback about their personality preferences from 16 different types.

The Value Added:
  • Gives individuals insight into their natural personality preferences.
  • Helps individuals and teams see how to leverage natural strengths.
  • Increases individuals’ awareness of how others perceive them and how they perceive others who have personality preferences different from their own.

Our Offering:
The MBTI® Step I is taken online via the Miles LeHane website. Customized reports (2 pages) are prepared for each individual. Feedback can be given by your staff or ours.
